I am a strong advocate for the power of play and the many benefits it provides from making a personal connection to sharing a laugh.  A playful pause, even for one minute, can boost morale, release endorphins that will minimize tension and help us stop taking ourselves so seriously!  

Team Builder/Facilitator

From my years of experience as a Challenge Course Facilitator, I try to turn my environment into an adult playground to help break down individual inhibitions and build a stronger bond among team members. I facilitate meetings that require a non-biased yet assertive approach to getting the job done.

Speaker

Looking for a more lively keynote that prefers her Nike's over high heels? That’s me - I like to trek across the stage and occasionally mix it up with the audience. My speaking mission is to deliver a poignant message in a light-hearted manner, while always making sure there is time to engage the audience with a little beach ball volley or one-minute dance party!

CORPORATE TRAINING

I have experience working with a wide variety of businesses and agencies throughout my professional career but never uses a cookie cutter approach. I will work hard to understand each client’s work environment and goals, so I can help each group achieve their desired outcomes.
